"The secret is Christ in me, not me in a different set of circumstances."

- Elisabeth Elliot

Ladies,

In our fast-paced, digitally-saturated world, Elisabeth Elliot's wisdom reminds us that our peace and spiritual growth don't come from perfect circumstances, but from Christ within us. As Christian women navigating the challenges of social media, constant connectivity, and worldly influences, we need practical ways to guard our hearts and minds.

Here are 12 strategies to help us keep Christ at the center, no matter our circumstances:

1. Curate Your Social Media Feed

Unfollow accounts that promote worldly values or trigger comparison. Follow accounts that uplift and encourage your faith.

"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23)

2. Establish Digital Sabbaths

Set aside regular times to completely unplug from technology. Use this time for prayer, Bible study, and real-world connections.

"Be still, and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10)

3. Create a Worship Playlist

Replace secular music with uplifting worship songs and hymns. Let God's praises fill your home and heart.

"Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord." (Ephesians 5:19)

4. Start a Gratitude Journal
